I do understand, but you should, in turn, understand that he has been treated as a monster before, feared for what he is even to those he's shown nothing but kindness. He has been treated like an abomination when he didn't deserve it as people were ready to judge him before even knowing his name.

I have suffered through that kind of treatment for years now. And as I said, it would be cruel to let someone suffer in the same way I do.
